How to create a travel plan?

1. Add products to the travel plan one by one: the available dates will be marked in green color.
- select the number of participants
- describe if special diets are required
- if you are participating in a course, describe the level of expertise for this activity as a hobbyist
- indicate if you require transfers or any additional services

2. My travel plan is like a shooping cart in a normal web site, you can see the selected activities in there.
- in “Timetable” section you can see the chosen products in a calendar view, the locations are found in “Map” section

3. Send in the order request. Please remember to fill in all the compulsory information first.
Please note that the order request is not binding in any way.

4.  The availability of services will be checked.

5. You will receive an offer from us and only after approving the offer, your booking is final. You may also choose to ask for amendments or reject the offer.

What if I want to change my travel plan after approving your offer?

For changes after receiving a booking confirmation but at least 45 days (with the exceptions of 30 days
for activities) in prior to the start date, an administration charge of 16 € will be charged for making the changes
and issuing a new invoice.


Do I need to have a full list of participants when making the booking request?

No, you don't. We only need the number of adults and children 2-12 yrs. In case a participant list is needed,
we'll request for it at the latest 4 weeks before the start date.


Do I need an insurance?

Insurance is not included in our price. You need to take care that your own insurance covers the activities
you choose.


Can I book extra activities or services during my holiday?

You can make extra bookings any time. To check the availability quickly we recommend to use the
online chat or call us!


What if Skafur-Tour needs to cancel an activity or tour?

Some of our services are sensitive to weather conditions. Some of the services need a minimum number
of participants in order to be carried out. In cases we have to cancel an activity or a tour, you will receive
a full rebate or a possibility to rebook.


Will you be available during my trip if I face problems?

During the office hours we'll do everything we can to help you. Outside the office hours you can reach us from
a service number and we'll try to help you as well as e can.
